Coming, Maybe or Out

One tap to answer, and the numbers update for everyone.

Spaces and a waiting list

Set how many can play. When it's full, people join the waiting list.

Start with who said yes

When the session starts, everyone who said they're coming is already ticked.

Organising in a group chat

  • Answers get lost between other messages, and plenty of people never reply.
  • You book two courts and then twelve people turn up, or four.
  • At the start you're still working out who's here while people wait to play.

How sign-up works

Organisers can have up to six upcoming sessions open at once, with a set number of spaces and a waiting list if they want one. Members answer from the club's Home screen whenever they see it.

Before the session

Coming, Maybe, Out

Each member answers with one tap on the Home screen and can change their answer later. Organisers see the list update straight away.

Weekly sessions

Set a session to repeat every week. Skip a week or move one date without changing the rest.

Open to new players

Open a session to new players with a drop-in price. It shows on Discover and gets its own page that you can share.

From sign-up to the first game

Open sign-up a few days before. Watch the number coming go up, and book more or fewer courts if you need to.

  1. 1Post the sessionPick the date, time and venue. Keep up to six sessions open so the next few weeks are covered.
  2. 2Members answerMembers answer Coming, Maybe or Out from the club's Home screen.
  3. 3Start the sessionStart with everyone coming already ticked, then score and rotate as usual.

When the session starts, the sign-up list becomes the list of players. People who turn up late can still be added during the session.

Knowing the numbers helps with everything else

Rotation and scoring work better when you know roughly how many people are coming. Sign-up gives you that number a few days early.

  • Fewer messages asking who's coming.
  • Book the right number of courts.
  • A quicker start, with the list of players already filled in.
