Always something close
From your first win to your hundredth session, there's usually a badge within reach.
A rank that grows
Every badge adds points towards your rank, from bronze up to legend.
Season MVP
Finish top of the season and the award stays on your profile for good.
What clubs usually lose
- Good sessions are forgotten within a week, and nobody remembers who won what.
- People drift away because nothing carries over from one week to the next.
- Someone suggests keeping a leaderboard every few months, and it never happens.
Badges you earn by playing
Badge tracks go from bronze to diamond as your numbers grow: wins, games played, rating and winning streaks. Feats mark one-off highlights, like a perfect game, beating a much stronger side or winning every game of a session. All of it comes from completed games.
Tracks and feats with fixed thresholds
Ten wins gets the bronze Wins badge and 250 gets diamond. Win without the other side scoring for Perfect game, beat a side rated 100 or more above you for Giant slayer, and win every game of a session for Flawless session. The thresholds are the same for everyone.
Player ranks
Badges give achievement points, and points add up to a rank: bronze to diamond, then master and legend for the very few who get there.
Club badges
The club earns its own badges as it plays more sessions and games, as milestones the whole group reaches together.
Seasons keep it fresh
Standings run in two-month seasons. Each one starts from zero, so there's a new race every couple of months.
- 1PlayRun sessions as normal: score the games and end the session.
- 2EarnBadges and feats come from the games themselves and are dated to the session you earned them in.
- 3Show themEveryone earns badges. With RankedCourt Plus, your badges and rank show on your profile for the rest of the club to see.
When a season ends, the best eligible player gets a permanent Season MVP award, and anyone who came to every session gets Ever present.
Why we added achievements
Our own group started checking stats during the week and teasing each other about the standings, and more people came. Achievements give everyone something to work towards from one week to the next.
- Nothing to set up: it all comes from completed games.
- Two-month seasons with a permanent award for the best player.
- The club's season race is free for everyone to follow.
